I have done business with Eastern for many years. Never a problem infact it's always been pleasurable and the customer service has been very good. My first interaction with the Sharon Branch was very disatisfying, the two tellers that were at the drive thru were very rude and not helpful at all. I would go 50 miles out of my way if I had to, to avoid that Branch.

It’s a place to go where your treated well and when you keep coming back it is a place where everyone knows your name. All the employees are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I go for the banking services but stay because of the customer service.
Hate this bank. Extremely horrible customer service.
