I have never had a bad experience at this branch the people who work there deserve a BIG HIGH 5 and maybe a nice dinner on the bank
I've been banking here for the past 4 years and go out of my way just to make sure my trip to the bank is always a pleasant one.
This Santander Bank branch is located inside the Shaw's Supermarket in Cobb's Corner. Most of the staff I have encountered are warm, friendly, non-judgmental, and go above and beyond to help. The other great thing is that they have expanded hours, so I am able to go in after work to get my banking done when needed.
Online it says closes 7 and its at 5 Iike every other bank
The entire team there is extremely helpful and courteous. They work quickly and accurately - always with a smile. Mike is new to this branch but is already remembering names of clients which adds that personal touch. Fadia is always able to work while holding a conversation with her clients. Everyone there is absolutely wonderful and personable. They give me a great experience each time I'm in their branch.
