Bought a couple snails here for my tank and ASKED if they were dead. They said they werent dead-Even though there were quite a few dead fish in that tank they came from. Got home and yes the snails were dead. I would have spent that $5 on something better there. They dont seem to know much here nor are they very friendly.
Workers are so nice AND helpful! They made my day, will be coming here from now on.
Standard Pet Supplies Plus experience. PSP stores are generally well priced (during sales) and well stocked imo.nnThe new (since covid) curbside pickup feature is excellent as far as easy shopping goes, but the website co u.k nd use some upgrading. However, I wont penalize West Roxbury PSP for that. Four stars.
Bad customer service. The manager was short and not nice. The girl at the register rang the bag but didn’t apply the discount and I handed her the slip that showed the discount. She didn’t even look she just rang full price. Be careful and read your receipt
I signed up as a member for this store 6 years ago when I brought home my baby bella, my German shepherd. I then just went to closer stores but now I see why i loved this store , lots of different products that give you a choice instead of just 3 different types of things, plus great prices and deals .The staff was also so kind and knowledgeable
