I would rate it negative zero if I could. I placed an on line order March 28th, they charged my card, the order says it's still waiting for payment on April 1st. I have left 2 voice mails and 2 emails. Yesterday, absolutely no response. Very, very frustrating as a consumer. I now have to cancel this payment. This order has been a nightmare. Their customer service doesn't respond. Apparently, they don't care about out of state customers.nOrder at very carefully on line, I wouldn't want another consumer to go through this nightmare of trying to track an order. If you care about your customers, do the right thing and communicate w me or simply please cancel my order. BE VERY CAUTIOUS IF YOUR ORDERING ON LINE FROM ANOTHER STATE.
