This was by far the worst experience I've had at a restaurant in a long time. It was about 50° in there our entire party of 15 people was nearly frozen. The food took over an hour to prepare and was brought out one plate at a time with 5 to 10 minute windows in between each person's meal so we didn't even get to eat together. We had to clear our own table when we were finished just so we could have dessert for the child's birthday we were celebrating. Just an absolute terrible experience.

Went on Saturday afternoon, not busy at all service was slow and not very good. Our server asked if we wanted another drink, we said yes and never got them. The steaks were very good and tender. Another Saturday visit , 4 customers ,got seated waited 10 minutes, never saw a server. Walked out. I have to alter my review to 2 stars. Good bet this is the next Ruby’s to go under.

It was brought to my attention that I was not wearing a mask when I approached the salad bar. I totally forgot. I said sorry and ran back to my table to get my mask. We were seated in the bar with a direct sight of the line cooks in the kitchen. Can you imagine my surprise when the same person who called me out for not wearing a mask was having a conversation with one of the line cooks who was NOT wearing his mask. He had it hanging on his chin. I sought out this person and inquired about the hypocrisy. She said she would tell the manager. Thing is the manager was on the line with the line cook not wearing the mask. He himself was pulling his mask up and down throughout our stay. I was preoccupied with watching them after my reprimand. I know restaurants are having a hard time, but to call out a guest and then watch the employees and management break their own rules is just wrong!nnRuby Tuesday is constantly down grading their salad bar. It used to be spectacular. So many items removed and the ones they had were not good quality.nnGood Bye Ruby Tuesday........
