Employees were extremely rude, flat out declined customizing my burrito, then proceeded to talk about me as if I wasnt standing there. Horrible service
My boyfriend and I stopped in to get a burrito on our way to work. Usually we go to the Don Roser location but we were cutting close on time and went to this location. When we were ordering, the guy working was very rude. As we were ordering he was slamming buttons on the register and when he finished he said “Jesus!” Under his breath. We ended up walking out because we were so upset we got that kind of service.
The staff here is phenomenal. They know my family by our order, and are always super friendly and like to joke around. However, the food can sometimes be a miss. Mostly a hit, though. 8 times out of 10 I'm happy with my order. If you go here, I recommend you get the green salsa. Seriously, one of the best salsas I've had! This is a regular with my family, and I don't see us quitting anytime soon! Great job!
If you're planning on ordering from them through a food delivery app like Postmates, I would strongly recommend that you don't. I was charged nearly $13 for a $6 burrito. No way to rate through the Postmates app so consider yourself warned.
Bumping it up to 2 stars because there were no issues with the burrito.
The food is always great at Santa Fe Grill...What makes the difference is the people that work there: ALWAYS awesome!!! That’s what makes the difference. Thx!
