Don't bother with special instructions. 90% of the time, they will ignore it. Even if you are asking for them to do less work. Over the past year, I chose you guys 36 times out of the 51 times I've ordered from restaurants. Same order, every time. And every time I ask for you guys to TAKE SOMETHING OFF!!! It is, literally, less work. Today was my last order. What a shame.
I don't know how the food was. We ordered some wings the day before the super bowl for pick-up at 5 pm on Supper Bowl. When we got there it was a mad house. After waiting in line for 15 minutes (I was 3rd in line but there was at least 30 people waiting) and waiting 5 minutes for someone to ask if they could help me, we cancelled our order and left. Poor management choices for not cutting off orders after knowing how much they could produce and have ready at a specific time, they simply overworked the kitchen and the cash register staff. ud83dude15
Ignored me for a solid 5 minutes. Even made eye contact with me. Completely forgot my chocolate milk (paid for it). There were NO other costumers and they sounded annoyed when they finally approached me.nnI had made the order via door dash so I wasn't giving them MORE on top of that.
To be fair, we tried to order on Super Bowl Sunday. The team was overwhelmed by orders, and did their best, but I had to wait 90 minutes beyond the time I had scheduled earlier in the day.nnThe rating, though, is based on the wings - they were only so-so in my opinion, but didn't quite merit building a franchise around.
I ordered food for pick up. Said it would be ready at 5:20. Wasn't ready until.6:45. Customers with later pick up times that complained got their food and coupons for free food before me. When I received my food, customers with 5 pm pick up still was waiting. Didn't seem like they had any system.
