Wings were stringy and batter fell off before I could eat them .they got my order wrong
Curb side pickup was quick and prompt. I called the order in and was out of there in 10 minutes. The wings were awesome and the girl that brought the food out was very nice and friendly. I haven't had Buffalo Wild Wings in awhile, but I will be going back very soon.
Hostess was absolutely the rudest person I have delt with in months. Lindsey is a perfect example of someone capable of destroying an entire meal with a 30 second interaction. Very basic food order taking absolutely forever was the catalyst but would have been over looked with basic customer service and no passive aggressive mumblings. Ugh. Hit up Wing Daddys.
Good food good service and plenty of space between you and others felt safe and comfortable eating out during pandemic
I ordered wings for me & my kids on their website on their BOGO traditional wings. The website said I could order up to 3 sauces. I ordered half mild and half medium for one order and only mild for the other order. Instead what I got was mainly medium. I called and spoke with a manager and they said they couldn't fix it because their website didn't relay the correct information. Then he said they could if I went down there. I ordered delivery because I can't drive right now. They also shorted us 10 wings. I will never order from Buffalo Wild Wings again. Not worth the trouble for the price.
