This bank definitely screwed me over! Took all of my money and charged me thousands more than the principal balance and I paid them off in 8 months. I would not suggest using them at all because they will screw you over. Definitely a rip off! Could not provide me with my contract! I’m definitely contacting my lawyer because this can not be legal at all! I repeat!!!! Do Not Use This Bank!!!!!!!! I paid my trailer loan off in 8 months and paid 2700 more than the principal balance! And my payoff was even more than the principal balance. And I know i did not agree to no simple interest loan at over 17 percent and I’ve always had over a 700 credit score! I’m waiting on this contract! But my lawyer will be handling this!

I bought a 5th wheel through Medallion bank. Paid it off early. The bank gave me no big problems, but the three years that I was paying on my loan, I never received emails, letters, statements, etc. In fact if it weren't for my automatic payments I would have forgotten who the loan was through. My car loan, through another bank, sent me updates every month, I could see past statements on my account page, which is not possible on The medallion Bank website. Their interest rates were not so great. with so many other Banks out there I can tell you that the probability of using Medallion bank again is very low.

I have a trailer loan and their website is always down and their app does not work I have to try to pay early. After reading the reviews I am now terrified of my decision to bank with them I literally will be paying this loan on immediately. I can’t even get through to customer service. Why is it so hard to get fair service these days. Update 10/13/2020 I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars I was contacted about my review and associate was extremely concerned about my experience. I shared my experience with website issues and was told they will be making changes. I will update my stars as my experience changes. My biggest problems or with a very mediocre website where you pay and the login issues.

We started using Medallion bank as our primary lender at the beginning of 2019. We have had many other lenders in past years and have never received the customer service we get with Medallion Bank. Craig answers our calls or gets back to us right away if he wasn't available to answer when we called. Craig has an extensive background in credit reporting and lending will take the time to really look a our clients reports before making any kind of decision. Where our previous lenders went pretty much on credit score alone. This is really helpful when a client has paid off their home or maybe has some sort of challenge on their credit report. Our previous lenders always had a customer service rep that couldn't really help us and would always say they would have a manager get back to us. We really appreciate being able to call Craig directly. I highly recommend Medallion to all contractors that want the best for their customers.

Honestly I'm not sure how anyone could rate this company well. They will promise you help forget they promised it, harass you with calls, and then hit you with every fee they can find. We called prior to our payment being due and their computers were down. Said they would input the information the next day. They finally call nearly a week later to inform us that it was never put in and somehow that its our fault. We have now been on a month of stressful phone calls trying to get their error resolved. Most companies offered some form of help for COVID-19 but this one only seemed to offer the help to get more money out of your pockets and stress you out every day of your life. I will be so happy once we refinance this loan to another company.
