Utah First has been the best Credit Union we have ever been apart of. We have never loved a CU so much before. They are always kind. They do not judge you. We felt extremely judged by other local Credit Unions. But not Utah first. They welcomed us with open arms. Recently they were able to help boost out credit score by almost 50 points! Thank you so much Utah First. And especially thank you to Jared for making everything so smooth.
I had an amazing experience here! Jared and Nick helped me with my auto loan and I couldn’t be more grateful for them. They kindly responded to all my questions, and I had a LOT of questions. I got a great rate and the process was pretty simple. I’ll definitely be back when I need another auto loan.
The finical expert that assisted me ( Johnny Ramirez) was very polite and very professional. He addressed all of my questions and concerns throughout the entire process and never tried to misguided me in any way. Nicholas at Utah First was fantastic! This was my first experience purchasing a car and Nicholas walked me through the process and made sure everything went smoothly for me. He answered all my questions regarding loans over the phone and let me know what to expect. He kept in touch by email even when it took longer than expected for my vehicle to be ready for purchase.
