I was really happy with my service here! Everyone was friendly and helpful and I never once felt like they were trying to rush me out or oversell me. After replacing my lost debit card, my banker even bothered to follow up!
worst branch ever. also, worst bank ever. wells fargo is such a horrible company to bank with. their employees do not care about their customers WHATSOEVER. i can’t wait to shut my account down with them. it will be the best day of my life.
Little confused about the negative feedback for this branch. Pretty much exactly like all the other Wells Fargo branches. The people were nice and helped me to their fullest ability. Only thing I have to complain about was the lack of a bike rack.
Worst bank on the planet. Charged me $8 to cash a payroll check from Wells Fargo? Plus they opened a line of credit without my knowledge, trying to clear all that up took over a year and lost over $400 in bullcrap fees. This is not a customer friendly bank, I don't recall any WF representative apologizing to me or ever making me feel like I was valued by this bank. I cringe every time I drive by a WF branch. Don't waste your time or money at this bank, I prefer a credit union now, much better service and no hidden fees.
Wells Fargo does not value it's long standing customers.
I have a 20 year history with them....
They don't care, I can't close all of my accounts fast enough to
get the hell out of there.
The only thing they have going is Johnnie the drive up teller.
She is amazing and I will miss her. :(
