Had musculoskeletal imaging at Dept of radiology (Brigham health network-Faulkner hospital) 8/28/2020. Was greeted and attended by a warm and thoughtful young man who related to me with interest and continued caring all while doing his job. His name is Tyler (didn’t get his last name; likely he told me and I missed it because of my limited hearing). His attention to details (my comfort, my belongings, assistance of my movements during the treatment) enabled me to relax and feel safe. If possible please send his identification for me to personally write him a thank you note. It’s rare, especially in the time of Covid, for someone to take time and exhibit obvious concern - he is an unusual person and deserves recognition for going the extra mile in his job.nSincerely,nHelen Rittenbergn497 Chestnut StnWaban

Emergency room, very basic I would not go there unless you have a minor issue. I work in the medical field and I had a hand injury and I work there and felt like I was invisible. I understand more critical patients get seen first as it should be but I came to registration at noon and was out by4:45pm. Actual treatment took place by 3pm by an aid and no sterile technique was used washing out my wound the supplies were sterile but not the gloves. I observed other employees not removing gloves going from patients to supplies and vice versa. I felt bad for the staff it was very busy and understaffed. However good technique especially now with covid it essential.

I came in for a procedure by Dr. Spector and the hospital was very clean and had safety measures for COVID. I stayed inpatient for 2 days and the entire team treated me so well. I recommend Brigham Faulkner

This is specifically for the Headache Center as I was never given a survey after completing my visit. I never post reviews but my visit with them was shameful for a supposedly well-renowned facility. If you are a complex headache patient this is not the place for you as they do not care and will not give you the time and attention you deserve. They do not care about you, the patient - the doctors are more interested in their own glory going to conferences and scooping up awards for - something? - and all the real work is handed over to fellows (I saw Dr. A. V. who was a fellow then and is now working there regularly) and PA's who are not qualified to handle complex patients on their own with no supervision. Dr. A. V. acted very unprofessional during the appointment and was visibly confused and overwhelmed concerning my case yet she never asked an attending for help. I have been very tempted to report her to the licensing board.nnYou owe it to yourself to find a place or doctor who will care about you and patient care first... Not their own fame and money.

The family members that need to wait for patients cant use the waiting room and must sit outside. There are less than 6 benches so one person per bench to socially distance. Its 90 degrees out. And no where to sit. I am sitting on the sidewalk in the shade. I hope someone will be able to help me up! Others are just standing around. No one is upset about social distancing it's the lack of place to do that. I asked customer relations for folding chairs. She is asking but it involves maintenance and union to find chairs and carry them out. She has made no promises but at least is trying. Poor planning from the powers that be.
