I visited this urgent care in September 2020 and saw Dr. Shah. It was extremely clean and I was taken to a room immediately after checking in. Dr. Shah was amazing and really took the time to help me understand my body. He made me feel comfortable and had great bedside manner. I appreciated his preventative and holistic approach to medicine.

Went in for some care for my asthma which has been flaring up badly lately. I have been trying to deal with it for months now but it has progressively gotten worse. I came in wanting to share the details of my symptoms and complex troubles to get the proper treatment and be reassured of what i may be dealing with.nnI ended up getting rushed and was quickly attended to by the doctor. I then felt uncomfortable when i saw the doctor's reluctance to enter the room and noticed an impatience when describing my situation after she did. I knew this behavior was due to fear of contracting Covid-19. But i would expect there to be a certain precautionary procedure in place involving protective suits, which she wore, to properly and timely diagnose a person. Or situational trained personnel who can handle responsibilities without worrying somebody dealing with any sickness. Anything similar to what the nurse did would have been fine, who sat down and calmly asked me all necessary questions.nnBeing at high risk due to my asthma I am also very fearful of having the virus so the doctor's behavior was very unsettling during a difficult stretch of asthmatic symptoms. I can definitely understand anyone's concern during these troubling times. Just wish things were handled a little bit differently. In the end i feel at least grateful for the prescription given to help me feel better.

I was in and out in a little over an hour. All the staff were courteous and helpful. The guy who took my blood pressure got a reading on the first try: That NEVER happens! Normally, everyone who tries to take my BP has to make repeated attempts, switch arms, etc. The NP who saw me asked good questions and listened well, and I walked out with the referrals I need. I am very happy that I went.

I had a great experience with the provider and all who assisted during my visit. It would be less invasive to have an automated kiosk to check-in as opposed to announcing to the waiting room why I needed to be seen.

Competent, thorough, intelligent nurses and doctors. Rivals the care I've received at major hospitals such as Stanford and UCSF. Spotless facility, super organized. Just one suggestion: open a window or place a visible air filter in the waiting room to alleviate people's COVID concerns :)
