Initially thought that Dr. Mary Huang was a good Dr, however came to realize she liked to pass the buck and prescribe meds that were doing more harm then help! Like hypertension probably the ppi meds caused it! High blood pressure meds can do more harm than good so can ppi meds. I’m not a smoker and didn’t have high cholesterol. Risk factors indicators. Yeah women do gain weight through menopause,really! Did not want to prescribe me any antibiotics advised her I had ibs . Went to Gi specialists I do have sibo through a breath test it was confirmed. I advised her I had those symptoms for a long time! Didn’t want to prescribe anything for ear issues either! Waste of time & $$. Why go to a primary Dr. won’t listen no help at all! Got antibiotics from a small town clinic in the past! Was not an issue. Bjc and other large hospitals are so corporate! Unless your bleeding to death or collapse useless go to emergency room!

The care that I received from this hospital was amazing. Our family is most grateful to be at this hospital. The whole medical staff has been most accommodating and attentive.

Dr. Huang is very kind and friendly. She takes her time and listens to my granddaughter. The staff has always been friendly and they have always gotten her in right away when needed.

FNP Nancy is beyond wonderful however the office at Lake St Louis is terrible, and that is an understatement. They do not have proper customer service skills as a medical office should, are snooty/rude on the phone and only act right when you're there for an appointment because they seem to care nothing more then about your money. The office staff wont take notes for my Dr I ask them to and demand i come in for ALL refills. They wont even bother taking a note to ask her to send out a medication for strep which my chart shows for the past 10+ years i get it the same two months every year. The office even billed me extra for a long apt for extended time vs what they had scheduled when they were the ones who called me back nearly an hour late. I personally work for a doctors office. have discussed this with everyone here to which they agree on top of them listening to my call i just placed for Nancy which was on speaker. If a zero star rating was an option, that would be what I had chosen.
