Worst experience ever. My husband and I were excited to try this location with the soccer fields and a beautiful day! Arrived and no one was downstairs. Finally someone showed up and said we could go upstairs. Sat at a table. So pretty and a fun view. Waitress told us they were changing shifts and it would be a minute. She ran around and seemed very angry cleaning off tables. Waiter came about 5 minutes later. Told him we were looking forward to a Blue Moon to start. No problem! At least 15 minutes later Someone else brought us the beer. A new waitress. Then no blue cheese sauce, 10 minutes later the manager, I think, sets it down. Food was ok, but such bad service. I think then the manager comes over and doesn’t know why we’re not happy. “Thought we were cool” he said. Paid the bill. Used the downstairs restrooms. Disgusting is an understatement!!!

Awesome place with Great Food and Service

Sat on the patio upstairs. There was only 6 top tables available and one 3 top table that still had the previous patron’s dirty plates, napkins, cups, & silverware still on it. I chose to sit at the smaller, not cleared off table in order to not take up an unnecessary amount of potential guests space. I waited patiently for well over 10 minutes for anyone to greet me & clean off the table. No one did. I got up & walked to the bar to ask if someone could help me. I still was not greeted properly.nnThe bartender took away the dirty plates then & I ordered an iced tea. I again waited some more & finally had to wave down another server to let her know I was ready to order some food. The bartender came back after a few more minutes & was a bit snippy with me when I ordered. As if I was putting her out for needing service.nnMy salad did come out quickly but I had no silverware to eat it with! Again, I had to get up and flag down a worker’s attention for help. I’m annoyed at this point & literally said I feel like you all are forgetting about me over here The server just laughs it off!nnMy second dish came out & I asked the food runner guy for napkins & salt/pepper. He was on it & did good. I appreciated his attentiveness.nnBartender girl NEVER came back to offer me a refill or ask how I was doing & if I needed anything. Next time I saw her she literally started speaking to me from 10 feet away & I had no idea she was even talking to me. So disrespectful to yell from that far away when my back was facing her. Like, walk up to the table, get my attention, & then start communicating. Rude of her.nnBasic serving skills are lacking in this venue & there is no excuse for employees having an attitude with customers. I will not being returning. Place is whack.

4 stars instead of 3 because of the awesome rooftop patio. If you get on the roof and can get a seat at the bar during the summer it's a 5-star experience. Other than that, it's pretty subpar in terms of service and food quality. Beer selection is abundant and stellar.
