Just had the absolute worst experience at this restaurant. We were seated at 6 pm and ordered our meals at 6:20. From 6:20-7:20 we saw our waitress one time. After finally emerging at 7:20 we politely asked for our pizza to be boxed to-go as we had three babies who were quickly losing patience. All the while, tables seated after our order were receiving pizza? The 3 moms took the babies out to the cars as our husbands waited on pizza and checks. After another half hour (7:50) our pizza was boxed in the window (assumption because no one actually brought it out). Our husbands tried speaking to a manager who was unavailable and were only offered a 10% discount. They threatened to call the cops, and blamed us ordering slow because of our children on the missing food. We paid our drink tab and left empty handed refusing to pay for food we hadn’t received and still a waitress followed our husbands out the door. I’m appalled at how our families were treated at this local restaurant. Such a shame.

I ordered the Buffalo Lasagna, which sounded interesting, because I love pretty much anything with buffalo sauce on it. First of all, it was a tiny piece of lasagna for $12. Second, it was dry and the cheese on the bottom was so burnt that I couldn't even cut through it. I asked the waitress before I ordered it, what she thought about, and she said that a lot of people liked it. After I told her it wasn't good, she said she's had people have problems with it. After asking for the manager, we did get it removed from the bill, but we definitely won't be returning! Oh, and my husband's Executive Grilled Cheese was missing the pulled pork.

I go here once a month with an awesome group of friends. The food is outstanding and the atmosphere is excellent. I will say, though, the last few times, service was very slow and spotty, at best. It took a very long time to receive drink orders (non-alcoholic) and although bills were split (think conference, but separate smaller groups of 2 to three), there is an automatic group tip of 20%. Beware of this. I will continue to attend these meetings, but I will also continue to give honest reviews.

We attended The Pitch for a very large event. The restaurant had closed down for the evening, in preparation for this large event. 200+ people. My family and I came in with our event and no one even came over to us tonask if we wanted something to drink.They didn't have hardly any food to supply for the amount of people, and a lot of the adults didn't eat. Terrible event holder. Very unprepared for a large amount of people. They finally did supply food AFTER everyone went to another area for a ceremony, but by then, no one wanted to eat, and the adults just wanted to leave. Terrible service. Unprepared. Don't book for more than 4 people, because I'm sure they will either not serve you or forget that you're even there.
