As far as the inside of the restaurant, the vibe, and the decor goes, it's pretty boring. But I was very surprised at how good the food was! I'm gluten-free and also dairy-free, so I was a little skeptical when my friend said I should be able to find something there. But I ordered the ribeye steak with a side of grilled asparagus, and it was absolutely delicious. Good quality for the price!
After waiting at the door for nearly 10 minutes, we had to find someone to help us, we were rudely told that they were having problems "back there," the hostess was quite rude as we were to be seated. At that point, we left and went for pizza. You would think that you would get better service at a time that the food industry is struggling.
Since Covid, I've only used take-out at Chili's. I'm also a member of their rewards program, which is great! The food is hot, tasty and priced right. I've never had to wait for an order.
Tanya was our server, and thank goodness! She was professional and personable, so fast and fun! Food was yummy too, glad to we came in.
The place serves big dishes and for affordable rates. kind employees. Highly recommended.
