I had a great time there for a birthday party at the beginning of November. My biggest complaint was that they didn’t have as much hand sanitizer available as they could have. A couple of the bottles I went to were empty. Other than that, the place was clean and the staff was nice and very helpful.
We got there last minute and Honey and Arnie MADE SURE we got the best experience. Last minute food and drinks were provided even though we showed 10 minutes before last call. (Which was obviously crucial to our bowling experience) they were understaffed they made us feel so taken care of and appreciated. The best place to bowl and hang out with friends. The music is so uplifting and fun and the overall vibe is the move.
Everyone was wearing mask and the employees are so nice
I had an extraordinary time and a big part of my great experience was the manager Honey. I believe one of the top priority of places of business is customer service and Honey has it down to a science. I've been to this location previously and admittedly my experience then was very mediocre but another manager was on the floor then. Honey ran her team of co- workers very efficiently and was not just a pleasure for me and my group but accommodated others parties just as well!
