DO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR BUSINESS!!! Typical big bank attitude, if you have less than $100k in your account, they could care less about any of your problems!!!! What a nice way to treat a small business during our struggling times in this pandemic!

Everyone seems very friendly - manager helped me with all of my questions, and the cashier knew me by name literally the second time I walked in.nnAlways lovely when you're doing errands and get to be around such wonderful people, who go above and beyond to make your day better!

Over the last few months BB&T has declined my withdrawals from ATM machines for suspected fraud on three occasions. I have plenty of money in the account but the transaction gets declined. I put in my BB&T card, use my PIN and yet it still declines for suspected fraud. 36 minutes to talk to customer service. After 32 years, I'm done with this bank. They will not hold my money hostage any longer.

Been banking here for over a decade. Always excellent, friendly and most helpful service!

Clerk looked at me and asked me where my (payroll) check was from. Would not cash my check, stating the computer said give it back to me. She never punched any keys nor did she call to verify. RACIST!!
