The staff is helpful, but the only annoyance is this bank is short of funds when I try to withdraw. Call in advanced for common bank questions. (Was suggested to me by the teller.)
The attitude of the staff is friendly and helpful. I applied for credit card BOA online but got denied. When I went in person I got approved. The only thing is that I wanted to withdraw some cash to buy a car from a private seller, they didn’t have enough because of COVID-19. Imagine one of the biggest banks not having enough cash! The main reason why I most people are with this bank is because of of their atms and cash transactions.
They don’t try to help me, with my cashier check, my debit card the chip doesn’t work .
Pressured me into making an checking account when All I wanted to do was cash my check. Lines are long and customer service is helpful but needs to back off when I’m trying to use the atm.nnEdit : honestly I’ll give it another star because Tarik was helpful
