Great customer service!
By far best branch in the city. Unparalleled customer service, friendly staff who are knowledgeable and get the job done efficiently. I frequent all Boston locations weekly and this location is excellent and worth reviewing. Steny K in particular is one of the most helpful staff members I have encountered. He is excellent to work with and should be recognized for his efforts.
They have a new credit card deal. If you open a new credit card and spend $3000 in the first month you are entered into a drawing to internship at a gold mine in Santander Spain! I opened 5 cards. I am going to win!
It's a conveniently location. Some of the staff aren't that friendly though at times. If it offers safebox service, I would definitely visit more often.
