Loveee their selection of clothes. The women who work there are very nice and helpful. They practice good covid safety precautions and are very clean.
The clothes might be a bit pricey, but it's totally worth it. They have the best clothes for plus sized women and some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. ud83dude0aud83dudc9b☺
Used to be my favorite store but all of 2020 (been there twice this year ) and I get followed. They were welcoming.. I was there a week ago to ask about a fedora hat then when they told me they don't have it, I continued to look around heading towards the undergarments then when I turned the blond switched and made a sharp left smh I got disgusted and left ud83dude20 then when I was there early 2020 there was white male following....I going to Natick cuz Braintree was diverse so there you go. I used to Torrid from my NYC days but ya gotta get it together in Braintree
Torrid has what you need for each and every occasion.
Excellent bras. There was one young lady working that had phenomenal customer service! I went back to pick up my order and the 2 that were there were not helpful and definitely not customer service material.
