Call It Spring

One of my places to go and shop at. I really do love the shoes, the prices, and the team that they have here. The team is extra friendly, know what they are talking about and can give very nice insight. I have came to this location on multiple occasions and Grace, Anna, Mye (unable to spell out his full name), Bina and Jason were awesome to work with. Seeing as every member on the team is able to engage with customers while also attending to my needs. Big thanks to the employees who work here at this location, this will always be my number one shoe place.

Rude employees. One in the back room and one near the entrance talking on the phone. Did not get helped after 10min being in the store and brought me the wrong heels I wanted and I turned around to say something, no one there. Go elsewhere

The woman who worked there was great and a lot of help. Very friendly. But I had a 20% off coupon that first she didn’t know how to apply the code, then told me I can’t use it for this purchase because it’s not valid for the items I purchased. Well I left the mall and went home and went online to see if the code would work with the same purchase and it did. I have been trying to figure out how to get that 20% refunded for hours and nobody has been able to help. I’m extremely frustrated that I may have to go back to the store after work tonight, and even then I don’t know if the associate will know how to apply the coupon and nobody has had any suggestions on how to fix this. I spent over $100 in this store. Great customer service while trying on shoes, HORRIBLE customer service ever since. Spoke to Thomas K online and all he said was “I can’t help you you have to go back to the store” .. I told him the associate didn’t know how to enter the code. He said “I cannot help you. You can return the shoes and order them online if you’d like”.. I need shoes for an event tomorrow and plus why would I ever want to do that if I have to return them to the store anyway?! Now I’ve been on hold for a total of 15 minutes and counting and I have yet to speak to anyone. This was my first AND last purchasing experience from this store due to horrible customer service when a problem came up. Never again. This is exactly why so many shoe stores in the mall fail.

Kaylyn was the best!! She was so helpful she even changed her shoes for me!!
