I would advise anyone who is referred to this facility for themselves or a loved one to decline using this facility. The clinical staff is rude, unprofessional, and lacking in skills. Give them one week and you will definitely see the decline in the patients. Avoid this facility by any and all means!

Will I arrived 8-7-20 and still here and so for I been treated Very good The nurse from staff is been very good and have come to every time I’ve called . The hospital is a very clean hospital & the staff is always asking if there’s anything I need.

My dad was placed in this facility, due to Track placement secondary to advance stage throat cancer, nurses were not administering his pain medication, contacted nurse and she was on lunch so spoke with weekend RN supervisor Rebecca Dixon who stated he was not her responsibility,it’s shameful the neglect and abuse that my father endured during his stay at this facility. He pressed his call light because due to his inability to speak he wasn’t through addressing his needs before she turned and walked out she responded and yelled at him “I was just in this room! What do you want!.”

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. The staff is arrogant, egotistical, and some severely lack in skill. They do not keep the family and/or caregiver informed and when asked questions, they have serious attitude problems. Their arrogance and unwillingness to involve family causes severe setbacks in already critical patients. It seems as if they prefer patients to not have any family around in which case concerns me for patients without family. This experience has been absolutely heartbreaking.

UPDATED REVIEW: Do not do it. Do not pass go. After the first 2 weeks of my FIL's being their patient, his care went so far downhill that I had to call the Regional Administrator over the group that OWNS THE HOSPITAL to get him proper care. IF your relative must go here, pick a hospitalist right out the gate. After being advised to switch to a hospitalist, his care improved greatly but it was definitely subpar under a specialist's care because they simply don't go. Be aware of your rights AND their policies regarding patient communication (look at the LHC Group website.) NEVER AGAIN. The difference between the two reviews show care over the course of an 8 week stay.nnOriginal review:nI was initially very nervous about my father-in-law being placed here due to the one review being one star. The kind and attentive staff here have completely put my fears to rest! His food is well prepared and flavorful, the nurses and CNAs treat him as they would their own father, and every question we present is treated as important and answered respectfully. 5/5 would use this facility again!
