I went to the store to ask about pricing and he did not acknowledge until I walked to the counter. While trying to have a conversation he keep with looking at his phone. 2 minutes later he look up and I ask about the God Fears. We walk over to look to them and he remaining looking at his phone. He did not know anything about his own sneakers in his store even after I point to the Mint Green or Turcos God Fear. DAM MAN!!!! where is the Customer service/expertise. I will NEVER GIVE HIM MY BUSINESS! Plus with COVID people are willingly to buy 2- 5 sneakers at a time.nnPlease customer/people don't buy from this store!!!
warning! all they do is sit on their phones and stare at you when you walk around the store. they dont even ask if you need any help and they look up the prices for the sneaker or item u are looking for. asked for a board and took them at least a few mins for them to see the prices on stock x. and shoes dont look legit either i would do your research for the shoe u are looking for
Sold me a pair of UNC OFFWHITE 1’s that were fakes.nStill waiting on a resolution. Extremely bad businessnThey were rejected by grailed and goat. I have called Braintree PD, I have called mall management and I will be calling the attorney general tomorrow when they open. Shouldn’t even be able to leave a 1 star. Pitiful.
Very good time clerk / staff was very informative and helped me with every thing. Everything is legit. Very good prices.
