The food & service is exceptional. We all loved everything, everyone was so sweet & happy to help. I’ll forever crave this grilled chicken Caesar salad.... Along with everything else here...
First of all the vibe, menu, and atmosphere overall seemed really cool. However after waiting for 45 minutes for a table with many open and just not cleaned we got to seated. We waited for service at our tables while others got seated around us, and waited well over 20 minutes at our table while people seated after our were served there drinks and appetizers. All while the wait staff was sitting around or talking with there friends and not acknowledging not only people seated but also new customers. Customer service is lacking to say the least, regardless of the busyness the restaurant. Such a sad thing since the concept and menu looked like I really cool place. Sorry Pour but hire and educate your staff on customer service and make things right. Definitely lost my recommendation to anyone and my business.
Had a very nice birthday lunch there. Steaks were delicious and service great. Wines were perfect selection with meal!
Great meal and even greater cocktails. The ladies in the bar area know what they are doing
Would surely recommend eating here. Exceptional atmosphere, delightful dishes, fantastic customer service. Kudos.
