I placed an order through Waiter on 3-17-21 at the Ambassador location and didn’t get the correct order. I called and talked to the manager Rick and he was so polite and offered me my meal again if I could get it picked up. Got there to get it and not only did he replace what was wrong with order he replaced the whole order and gave me a gift certificate!! This guy went above and beyond and should be appreciated thoroughly by his employees!! Thanks Rick because of you we will definitely be returning!!
Good service and good drinks.
The order was perfect, the gentleman with the arm tattoos and blond bun was a model server, yet the outside dining area tables were sticky... my party seated ourselves at the cleanest table on the patio, and I recommend moving the table that may result in someone being hit by the door being opend while sitting at the bar stool obstructing the doorway. They had a Clean restroom!!!
I went to this location for lunch. I ordered wings and asked for Hot & Lemon Pepper mixed. The waiter told me that they don't do that there. I would have to get the sauces separate and mix them myself. That shocked me.... I have been to Buffalo Wild Wing's all across Texas and Louisiana and this is the first time they refused to mix the sauces.
Great food. Nice staff. Way too loud in there with all the tvs. I cant stand dining in. I always order to go.
