I love shopping here but it’s always hot in the store which makes shopping difficult
I just tried to return or exchange a blouse that I wore once and when I washed it marks appeared on the front. The manager told me to try spray-n-wash. I’ve washed enough clothes in my life to know that would not have helped. Something was wrong with the fabric. You would think a large department store would be able to provide better service. I threw it away and will not forget how the manager in the ladies department would not even try to help me. I will not buy anything from her again.
I had to return 2 dresses. There was no hassle, just a speedy refund. They also took care of the box i brought the items back in.
