My absolute favorite vet in town! I love the staff at Ouachita Pet Clinic. Customer service is filled with friendly and caring people! Jade is so helpful on the phone and speedy to give any suggestions! Dr. Burnett works hard to ensure my dog is taken care of as well as always explaining to me what I need to know or what she is going to do! I couldn’t ask for a better team to take care of my sweet girl Bleu!

They didn’t hesitate to help my baby Callie Loux! They answered all my crazy dog mom questions! They were so respectful and nice! They took the time to go out of their way to make me feel better about my hurt baby! I love them! ud83dudc95 10/10 recommended best vet in Monroe!

They always take such great care of my babies. They really genuinely care about animals here and they go above and beyond to help them. I have been coming here for a few years now and I just love them so much.

They were kind and compassionate and accommodating.nnAs requested, I’m informing you of what you could do for me in the future. Work with owners of the animals on payments somehow. Either set up a fund that everyone can donate to to help others who may be less fortunate cover their costs to save their pets.nnThe fact that we couldn’t save my cat because no one we knew could or would help us fund the necessary and urgent care needed destroyed me.nnI lost my best friend, who helped me through the struggles of four other animals passing and my grandmothers death.nnI lost that friend, that companion who had around a decade more natural lifespan, because we were unfortunate enough to be poor. Because we had some animals thrown at us and we decided to keep them.nnThe expense of pet care is ridiculously high, but the fact that there’s no recourse for financial help that doesn’t help people that already have money is painful when it literally kills your animal.nnI thank you and your staff for being as wonderful as y’all were, but that doesn’t change the fact that I lost my best friend because someone along the line couldn’t accept other payment arrangements than a large deposit.nnThank you for asking what you could do, and thank you for what you were able to do. The pain will never leave me, and the loss will always haunt me, and the anger at the family members who chose not to help will never fade.
