The entire staff is great. Everyone is considerate and concerned. I have no problems or concerns, I am very pleased with the doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, and office staff.

If I could leave a 0 I would. Drug screening tech was a complete joke! Major attitude from the start and hung up on me in the middle of a phone call. I am a single mother that lost a chance at a career change and a great job opportunity because guidelines on his end were not abided. I have a prescription that I knew would show up on the drug test; I told him about it as soon as I was called back to complete my drug screening. I had the prescription bottle with me; he told me that there is no reason to tell him about it because it is against the law to document my prescription and send over fax and that someone would call me to verify the prescription. I never received a call and I could never get someone on the phone to verify this for me. I even called Alere Toxicology Services (the second testing clinic), they pulled my testing info up and told me that there is no MRO registered with their company for the employer account and that it is the responsibility of Monroe Medical to confirm the prescription. After 2 weeks of trying to have this handled and verification of my prescription done properly, I’ve gotten no where with it.
