My concerns were addressed about my son's health. When Dr. Stamps needed more advice she brought in another Doctor to ensure she did not miss anything. I appreciated the partnership they had with each other and us to ensure we were taking care of his issue. Thank you again for your due diligence.

All I can say is WOW. Worst experience EVER. We waited 2 hours in a cramped waiting room just to wait another hour and a half to see the Nurse Practitioner, NOT EVEN THE DOCTOR. Why's that? Oh, because there is ONLY ONE DOCTOR apparently, and at the height of flu season this facility doesn't have the management or wherewithal to hire additional staff. To exasperate my frustrations further, the nurse came in another HOUR LATER (we are now 3 hours into our night of misery) and proceeded to write my son's medical information ON A POST IT NOTE! Not a computer, not a paper file, a HOT PINK POST IT. But wait it gets better, when I asked her about this - since it was HIGHLY UNUSUAL - she said her tablet was charging. Wait, hold up, this is a CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL FACILITY AND YOU ONLY HAVE ONE TABLET? Then once the Nurse Practitioner (again not A DOCTOR) comes in, 3.5 hours into the night, she proceeds to tell me that my son's flu test was probably a false negative. UM - OKAY, then why wouldn't you take the test again if you truly believe it is a false negative. She said it about 10 times that it was more than likely a false negative. But no, they didn't do that, instead they gave me a note for school saying my son was good to go! No wonder so many kids are sick in school, these staff are knowingly sending them back to school with a 50% chance of still having the flu. The lack of professionalism at this clinic is appalling. Quite frankly, some urgent care needs to step up to the plate and open a competing children's oriented Urgent Care, because clearly the entire GNO area is badly in need of one. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

My son first emergency room/urgent care visit at 4months. Doctor was very polite, gentle and efficient. Definitely recommend this to anyone

Dr Firestone was a knowledgeable rockstar. We won’t go anywhere else for urgent care ever again!

I went here 3 separate times and loved every Doctor and NP that we have seen. Accurate diagnosis. Very caring and knowledgeable. Awesome experiences. I'm so glad we found this facility! I will be switching to Children's affiliated Drs and Hospital
