His entire staff reflects the rare level of generous treatment, found only here at Ochsner Hospital. Very professional, Very caring, and Very good at what they do.nWhen I arrived, his Nurse expedited my paperwork and the needed testing. His Nurse listened to my concerns and took clear notes. Dr. Bernard saw me as soon as the test results were available and had a grasp of my symptoms and my test results. He gave me the advice and information I needed. He was obviously committed to ensuring that I would be satisfied with my visit and my experience as his his patient. Visits can be difficult for me. However, Dr. Bernard and his staff routinely go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and calm. He is very thorough, methodical and amazingly consistent.nIn every way I had a positive experience.nI hope that his contribution to Ochsner Hospital is not undervalued, or go unnoticed. He is a credit to his Profession and an Asset to Ochsner's Hospital. Use him Wisely, he is a Highly Capable Physician. I only went here because my doctor told me too as soon as i arrived and told the lady what’s going on she turned me around because of my insurance and proceeded to take my vitals as if i was being seen
