THIS STORE, THEIR “STORE MANAGER”, AND EMPLOYEES ARE A JOKE!!!!!! I went in to upgrade my phone and they added a whole new line to my phone bill, causing my bill to go up to $500! I have never had issues trading my phone in. The girl that was helping me had NO clue what she was doing. Took her over two hours to do a simple upgrade and ended up messing everything up. Went into the store to try to fix it and the store manager was just as clueless as her employees and was absolutely no help. The most unprofessional AT&T store. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I could rate them -5 stars I would.

My husband and I received wonderful service at this AT&T store. Cat and Amber did an amazing job, were very helpful and patient with us while purchasing new phones. We would definitely recommend this store.

The first time I went to this store (over a year ago) I had a not-so-great experience. Although the manager at the time was quick to respond and handled my issue, I still had a bad taste in my mouth with the store. But CURRENTLY, I decided to go back to the local store and give it another shot. I dealt with Jessica and Amber... they were awesome!! They welcomed me, helped me with my problem, and even found a way to save me money on my monthly phone bill. I am so happy that I gave our central AT&T store another chance because it was an awesome experience. People are quick to complain when things don't go their way - I want to be sure and give credit to those when they do an outstanding job... good job y'all!

Customer service is HORRIBLE ! They barley acknowledge you as you walk-in & every employee is rude over the phone, they also hang-up on you which has happened to me. They weren’t helpful at all & just overall rude for the most part. I recommend you visit a different store in you area.

This store is always a great place to go. The entire staff is always so helpful and very willing to help with any of my needs. I would definitely recommend anyone in the area to shop here for their cell phone needs. Keep up the great service girls.
