We have called Craig Coleman numerous times about our recent wanting to get a home loan through the company. Craig has given every excuse why he can't call back a customer. The customer service manager Ashley was above and beyond helpful. But the horribly rude manager for this branch told me that if I don't feel comfortable and maybe I should look into another bank. This was after we were pre-approved for the loan but they can't get someone out to look at the property. It has been almost 3 weeks. They keep making up excuses that Craig is busy and that's why he can't return some calls after he would say he would on the day that he would. Their home office should really come and take a look at what disaster they're doing to this bank.
