Fidelity Bank - South Seneca

I just attempted to cash a government check and they refused! I have an account with them and they wanted me to deposit the check and I could have access to it the next day! I just went to walmart and cashed it same day

Not enough staff. Took over 30 min to get in office just to assign a beneficiary. Standard form

They are my current bank but I'm looking around. They are very excessive with fees. And not as convenient as they used to be when they were in all the Walmarts. Now I have to go out of my way to get to them if I need to go into the bank. Wouldnt reccomend.
