Great selection, great service and run by great people.
Bought a tegu at the Cold Blooded Reptile expo in KC on 9/28/19 but it kept prolapsing and died immediately after. The vet took xrays and there was no impaction.nnIn back tracking I called the care sheet and found that breeder wasn't happy with split tongue distributing their info on reptiles they don't carry... After calling the expo people and using thier booth location I called split tongue who remembered me.nnThey are not a hatchery just resale from the coast. They said mine was from Reptile Industries. Others on split tongue's fb had lizards die but were replaced. I had even offered to split cost but they strung me along while I checked in for over a month.nnI ended up ordering online from an xyzreptiles for $175 less and arrived at my door in 12hrs for $50 shipping. Xyz also partners with Reptile Industries but not for tegus. You might as well do this.
