Sad excuse for a bank. Customer service is beyond terrible it's down right ridiculous. A lot of people stay because they have gotten comfortable with the mess but I say just close down and people will go elsewhere and experience what a bank should be!!!
WOW!! Wish I could give more stars than 5!! I had an amazing experience here yesterday. Not only was everyone efficient and polite in the face of my obnoxious 35 savings bonds (it took an hour to do all of them), they were also SO friendly and wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about the employees at this branch - BB&T needs to give them a raise!!
They wont ever answer the phone. I'm about to find a new bank.
I think they've got their phone off the hook. So frustrating.They don't deserve me as a customer!!
WAITED IN LINE OVER 10 MINUTES IN DRIVE-THRU TO MAKE A DEPOSIT. CARS ON EITHER SIDE ARRIVED AFTER ME AND COMPLETED BEFORE ME. I FINALLY TOLD THEM TO SEND MY STUFF BACK BECAUSE I HAD TO GO. THAT'S NOT SLOW SERVICE.....THAT'S NO SERVICE AT ALL. CALLED TO COMPLAIN....NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
