Long story short atm somtimes font except my cash deposit. And when I keep on trying and take a long time with no one in line behind me the security guy came and stared at me like I was doing something wrong.nSo I pulled up after I was done and told him to tell the branch the atm has problems excepting money somtimes. He said ok. And I pulled up and he had the nerve to check and see if I rigged the machine or stole from it. Really? Me being an honest and speak my mind kind of person followed him wanting to speak with him. To ask why I was targeted. Plenty of time I have waited in line behind someone for 30 mins no security came up to them seeing if they was messing with the atm. So why me? I'm a business owner and me and my wife have 5 different accounts with BOS and don't deserve to be treat like criminals when the atm does not work. With covid I don't want to go into the lobby. Somtimes we have over 30 checks and thousands in cash to deposit. It takes awhile. Honestly it's mostly the way the security guy acts. He acts like he is a FBI agent when is clearly not. Yeh be good and serious about your job. But if you do, do it to everyone. Don't target just one person.

Rudest security guard ever! I will never go back to this Bank of America because of him! He was rude not only when I got there, but also as I was leaving. The staff was friendly, but the wait was unreasonably long. The security guard has no reason to be rude as I greeted him with a smile and a “hello, how are you today?” his attitude and responses to me were uncalled for, and for that reason I will drive whatever distance is necessary to avoid this place. I treated him with respect but that is not what I received in return. Overall, he ruined my experience with this place, and hopefully he gets over whatever makes him think it is acceptable to treat customers in the way he acted towards me.

The wait time isn't so bad I've waited about. N longer then 22. mins but I must say the parking lot is very small need more space

Worst customer service ever. We are out $4000.00 last year because they lost it in a wire transfer. After months of battling they never gave us the money they lost back. How is that even legal???nAlso, trying to get foreign money exchanged on 11/04/20 and cannot get anyone to answer the phone or even call back for 2 days.nIf I could give negative stars I would...corrupt bank with no liability to it's customers.nGo local!
