Kory is very professional and informative about Bank Of America products and services.
There are only ever two tellers- and 5 other employees standing around watching. It’s been the same for the last 3 yearsnIt’s the day after a long weekend holiday- you’d think as a ‘business’ bank you would staff efficiently.nThere’s no reason the line should be out the door in the rain while your staff encourages atm use instead of coming inside
Justin and Danielle are amazing. Professional, prompt and courteous. All under the tremendous pressure of high expectations. Treated my wife and I very well. We will be back!!
I switched over to Bank of America due to the lack of there being a Wells Fargo in Valdosta. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to set up my checking account. I worked with Kory and he was awesome and super informative. He was so fun and easy to work with and offered up tons of financial advice. If you need to work with somebody at Bank of America I specifically recommend making an appointment with Kory.
I’m personally disappointed that we are on a government lockdown where myself and many others are unable to work and Bank of America is still taking out a $12 monthly maintenance charge. When the lock down is lifted I will be changing my bank provider. I’ve had many issues over the years with them they are not worth the hassle anymore.
