I came in on Friday with my boys to see if this location had bunnies. Prior to coming in, we were a little annoyed because we kept getting the run around from Pet Smart, adoption centers, etc. Before coming in, I called to avoid any more unnecessary visits and the person who answered the phone was a true delight! She shared information about the location, informed us in advance they they could not be adapted until Sunday, but still welcomed us in. Upon arrival we had the most pleasant greeting I've had in a long time. We were directed by the cashier to the bunnies and they even engaged with my boys and made them feel special. We were informed to come early on Sunday, so we got there right at opening, same awesome greeting! The manager Ms. Erin, was truly a breath of fresh air. She gave us a tutorial about the bunnies, helped us get the necessary equipment, laughed with my kids, and made our experience an incredible one! I will drive across town just to come back to this location and purchase what I need from here on out. And the cashier was wonderful too (I'm so sorry I don't remember her name) but she loves reptiles... her and my 8 year old son had a great connection! Thank you for these 2 beautiful people, they are definitely an asset!

This is an amazing pet store. The staff is wonderful and will help with anything you need... carrying items to your car for you or helping with any information you need. My dog has a great time when I took her in with me last time. I won't visit the 'other' main pet store again. This is my new doggy home

The manager that took over has really helped the place tremendously. She is very attentive to customers and has the place always looking so good. All the employees are always busy and not just standing around like it used to be. Prices are great and things go on sale way more often it seems.

Very helpful and well working staff. They are always very welcoming and very sweet. Whenever I have a question or need help, they always do their best to help me. Also a very great company on general.

My family and I stopped by this weekend to adopt two guinea pigs for our little girls.nThe young lady who helped us was very kind, polite, and informative (even showed us a few photos of her own piggies on her phone, which was sweet). However, she recommended a food to us, and we followed her recommendation. After two days, both of the pigs had diarrhea and were uninterested in eating anything. We talked with other GP owners and it seems that food variety is often not very well-reviewed. Luckily, we got another type in bulk and they seem to be recovering after stopping that food.nWe were also in the market for an enclosure, but they are ridiculously overpriced here. They wanted $129 for the smallest one, and I found multiple online for half the price and nearly double the size. It was also very uncomfortably hot in the store.
