The branch manager is disgustingly rude. Their were 3 bankers not dealing with customers, but because I didn’t have an appointment, they made me wait in the sitting area alone for 30 minutes. I honestly did have an issue that was very difficult to fix that day, but it didn’t feel like they wanted to try to help. It was the worst SunTrust experience of my life. They talk at people as if they are intending an altercation, when all people want is help. VERY BAD REPRESENTATION
ATM broke, lines long. Teller taking forever to complete and close out transactions. Call inside to see manager aware that ATM not working. Reply yes very cure.
You have to see Jasmaine She is the best tellernIn the world. She is so kind. I do business with this bank every day and she goes above and beyond. By the way everyone at the Jonesboro branch in McDonough Ga rocks.
SLOW. We waited 50 minutes in drive thru and all windows were open. Short line and the teller was rude when we finally got service.
Each time I go to this bank the wait to get anything done is way too long. I will be told the wait is 5 minutes but it ends up to be over 30. Surely this company can staff the bank efficiency so that customers don’t have to wait so long. On my last visit, I had to wait 45 minutes before anyone helped me.
