NOT a B.O.A. fan, but this branch has been incredibly good to my aging mother over the years. Today, in a matter of about 45 minutes we cleaned out a safe deposit box AND opened a savings account. Amanda and Kenneth absolutely hustled through both transactions, were accommodating, efficient, and patient.nAs I said, I dislike B.O.A., but if the organization worked as well as Amanda and Kenneth did today, I'd love it!
Worst customer experience at BOA ever!! I questioned the reviews before i went and they didn't lie. Banking was never meant to be difficult.
1035am / 0 teller's / 3 suites standing around doing nothing. Post bail out renovation looks great though. Your tax dollars don't work too well here.
Staff is very friendly and attentive. The line was not long like others bank.
Go to any other branch but here. They always have one teller doing all the work and the manager just stands around pretending to greet people. I am so disappointed that they never do anything about it. They don't care about people waiting in line for more than 20 minutes. They need to hire more people
