Excellent customer service

I had a special, new kind of check that I needed cashed and I had been to three branches in as many days trying to cash it. After spending much time at those locations, they were still unable to help me. However, Monica Mitchell at the North Point branch quickly found out what the issue was and cashed it for me. Evidently a teller had processed the check incorrectly the first time I tried to cash it, and so the check was inadvertently voided. Monica was both personable and efficient. I wish every bank was employed with Monicas.
