Tiffani green was very sweet, she makes you feel extremely welcomed and had a great personality and great customer service , just great overall.
RUN AWAY! THEY DO NOT PROCESS YOUR TRANSACTIONS AS THEY HAPPEN, SO YOU COULD HAVE DIRECT DEPOSITS COMING IN THE 24TH BUT THEY CHARGE THE MOST EXPENSIVE CHARGES FIRST TO PURPOSELY OVER DRAFT YOU, THEY DO NOT PORCESS CHARGES CORRECTLY OR REVERSE OVERDRAFT FEES WHEN ITS THEIR MISTAKE. PLUS THE OD FEES WONT APPEAR UNTIL THE NEXT DAY IN YOUR ACCOUNT. SHADY COMPANY THAT HAS ALREADY LOST A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT DUE TO OD FEE'S AND NOW THEY ARE STILL DOING IT.
I visited for cashier check and to update my SSN in account, staff is very supportive and courteous.
They did not update the business hours . Friday they closed early . And the outside display shows different hours. The personal is friendly. Place is clean . Parking is illuminated.
Both Bernard and Tiffini are EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE! I had an issue and they worked together to address it promptly and in a professional manner. I will only go to this branch from now on!!
