I am not sure why this branch has such a low review Rating. I have open a business account with them for almost 2 years. I can tell that Chase is one of the best banks I have dealed with. The branch and it’s employees are always nice and welcoming. Love to do business with them

First of all I researched banks and found that Chase has the best reputation for customer service. Then I called this branch and was pleasantly surprised to have a real live person answer the phone. This was huge for me, especially after experiencing the horrible phone tree at Sun Trust. I opened an account here and found the people professional and courteous. The Chase web site for managing my account is intuitive and more user friendly than the bank I was with. I give this bank high marks.
Cordairo, the branch manager, was so helpful. I was locked out of my mobile app and he walked me through how to use chase pay. He is very friendly, humble, and professional. I have never seen a manager at a bank actually do work. I’m very impressed at chases culture. I was also happy to see a wide range of diversity and inclusion in the branch! Way to go chase, keep ok the great work!
