I would not recommend this bank or specificity this branch. This was my go to bank before I had to seek assistance from Jakara. He is not customer focused and doesn’t understand what his role is in basic signature approvals for financial documents. He actually thinks it’s his role to be a probate judge and determine who he thinks is worthy of approving financial paperwork for estates. I took the same paperwork across the street to another bank and they validated who I was and understood what the paperwork was for. He clearly needs more training or needs to find another occupation.

I haven’t used this branch in YEARS as I do most of my banking on line or at a branch closer to my office. I called on Saturday morning asking if someone was able to Notarize a few forms for me before closing. Carlos said he’d be happy to do it and all the staff were very courteous when I arrived. Carlos showed me into his office, was knowledgable, very professional and friendly, with a good sense of humor...From now on, they’ll see me on Saturdays.nPS. The staff at the other branch have been terrific but having a bank that’s efficient, friendly and closer to home is very comforting.
