This is the worst B of A branch office I have ever been in and I am a 20 year B of A customer. For seven years I have visited this branch it has never improved. Slow employees and broken equipment that doesn't allow for even basic transactions. I have tried to use it since it is the closest office to my business, but each time I give them another try they fail. It should be closed!
By far the best bank of America in GA. I have visited a plethora of Bank of Americas and most need to be trained by these associates. They are kind, efficient, and equivocally dedicated to the needs of anyone who enters the bank. If I could choose a single branch to bank with, it would be this one.
I had the best teller help me open my account I believe his name was Justin but they're all so friendly!
Mr. Willingham was patient with me and very helpful answering all my questions of concern.
