I’ve been banking with Renasant for years... Love this bank!!! You deal with “people” they still have that ol time customer service banking touch with a big business feel. I’ve enjoyed everyone at each branch but Brent Miller at the Roswell location is my “guy” - he’s fabulous. I walked in with an issue and he took care of it. Gave me some suggestions and I’m about to reach him anytime. Great place!!!! Very happy

It’s 2019. I need to deposit some cash after hours now. Too bad their ATM at this branch doesn’t accept deposits. I figured since the Woodstock location does, this one would also. WRONG So now off to another branch. Wasted trip to here

Crappy bank. Sandy Thacker & Andy Markley took my information and never responded back. Have no courtesy. Bank is bs. Don’t deal with them.

I've been with this bank since 2015 and moving to this area changed my branch. I hate the Roswell Branch and their team is horrible. I have never met such a rude and disrespectful staff in my life. I am in the process of closing all accounts with this bank or transferring to another branch. A bank should give you a sense of relief and always make you feel welcomed. I've received better interactions at funerals than this branch. Matt Bazill and Teresa are both not competent to do their jobs and should find a new profession asap!
