I fill out an application on line in November for refinance on a house , no return call . I just tried again and they just ask crazy questions and the person I was talking could not explain to me why they we r e asking for some items. When I talked to the supervisor she told me that they need to know what the payment was on a 7,000 loan ,one of those pay it off in less then 2 years- no interest deals . Because I could walk out of the bank and drop dead and for some reason it would be there problem. Was even on the house I was refinancing . They just lost 2 mortgages and a car loan plus I'm shutting down my accounts.
The people at this branch are always friendly and helpful. I love iTHINK and especially this team!
Today I was welcome with warm willingness to assistance by IThink Financial team Desirea and Alondra even though I was frantic that my information was taken.I had the best experience with Alondra Martinez at IThink Financial. My account had be compromised and I was so devastated. She showed so much empathy and took her time making sure that all my transaction were authorized and seamlessly securitied a new account for me best of all she gave me back my PEACE MIND and for that I know I'm banking with the right bank.
