Kevin Schfielld is the worst associate that I ever encountered, he called me out my name several times and did not want to apologize for him making a mistake, i think I’m going to move my money out of this bank! I don’t need to be treated in such a way. His customer service skills suck, don’t waste your time dealing with this place.

I had a great experience with Tyler Martin at the Roswell branch! He was kind, patient and just an overall joy to deal with as I opened my business account. You can tell he enjoys working with people and he was thorough with his explanation about the fees. If you are a small business owner, definitely consider opening up an account with Woodforest National Bank!

Woodforest National Bank is the best financial institution that I have ever done business with, EVER! They email account activity and balances DAILY! There hours of business are real people hours. Their locations are many and convenient—but I would opt for more. The Manager and her staff at this particular branch are all absolutely exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about Woodforest Bank.

I have been coming to this bank since they open in Roswell if I could give them no stars I would ... I have known every employer that worked here, watch them come and go. Now it's a new team there. The new branch Manger is not professional and do not carry things the right way to make sure that her customers are please what so ever... I must say I close my accounts Friday all freaking 4 of them. They have the guy Tyler there lost, just like the new girl with the bad wig, I am so disappointed in this new team, They keep handle business the way they are, non personalities people!! They will continue to lose customers at this MANSELL location.
